Payment

Payment for services is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We invite frank discussion of financial concerns at any time during your care. Benefit Plans rarely cover all of expenses associated with care. Co-pays and Deductibles may be required. The physicians of HCP expressly reserve the right to make individual financial arrangements with our patients. We maintain ongoing contractual arrangements with Managed Care Organizations, that may affect how charges are billed. What you ultimately pay will depend on the arrangements with your benefit plan.
